J.S. Bach lived from 1685 - 1750, and his influence on music is still felt today. Bach is known as a master of contrapuntal composition. He wrote over 400 chorales in this style. Our book contains thirteen of these works in contrapuntal form. The music is scored for four wind parts. This music can be played by any combination of four wind instruments. There is a score that has the parts written on two staves and then there are parts for each instrument. Here is a rare chance for you to perform the great music of Bach in a quartet, as he intended.
